Shipping & Delivery
Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from Skinfood Ltd. in New Zealand. Skinfood uses various courier companies for deliveries to give you the best shipping prices. Skinfood is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.

Important notice for overseas Customers.
Skinfood Ltd. will not be liable for any import charges that occur when delivering to countries which enforce this policy. Local duties and customs will be payable on receipt. To find out more about these charges please contact your local postal service.
Privacy & Security
Skinfood collects customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances. We do not record credit card details; all credits cards are processed by Flow2Cash or PAYPAL which use the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe, both are secure payment methods. Joining the Skinfood mailing list is optional, although recommended. It will allow us to keep you up to date with the latest info including what’s new in store as well as advise you of competitions and giveaway’s. If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we shall take you off the mailing list.
Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with our products in any way, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in saleable condition.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange.
Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately. If you wish to return your item for exchange these items need to be returned and reach us within 7 days of being received by you. If you return the product any later than the 7 day time slot, you will have up to 14 days (an extra 7 days) from the date of you receiving the goods in which to be issued with a Skinfood Credit Note to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Skinfood credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on the Skinfood web store.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside New Zealand.
Ordering
Payment shall be made by a credit card. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices on the Skinfood Online Store are given in New Zealand Dollars ($) and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 12.5% but exclusive of delivery costs.
We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express). We use Flow2Cash and PayPal as our payment gateways for processing credit cards but you do not have to have a PayPal account to shop with us.
The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order.
We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order. Please note Skinfood Online Store has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. Please see the shipping section for more information about delivery costs and delivery dates
