What’s required?

Step 1. Choose one of vouchers from $20, $50 to $100 (the amount of the voucher will be in New Zealand dollars).

Step 2. Decide if you are purchasing the online gift voucher for yourself or someone else.

Step 3. If you are purchasing the voucher for someone else then select the appropriate tick box, enter recipients Name, email address and add Unique Message.

Step 4. Then click ‘Add to Cart’.



The online gift voucher will be added to your cart, when purchased the voucher will be emailed on the date you have nominated to the email address you provided.



How much does a gift voucher cost?

You can choose the value of the gift voucher, either 20, 50 or 100.

Pricing is in New Zealand dollars.



What will the recipient receive?

Your friend or family member will receive a voucher code via email which, when redeemed at www.skinfood.co.nz, will give them credits to the value of the voucher. They can then use the credits to purchase Skinfood’s skincare products online.



How does it work?

The voucher will contain a unique code. This code will be used to redeem the gift voucher.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you when the voucher has been purchased.



Redeeming your Gift Voucher

To redeem the gift voucher the unique voucher code is entered into the space provided in the check out.

The payment required at the checkout will decrease by the amount of the voucher.



Does the recipient need to be an existing Skinfood member?

No, but if they aren't an existing member they will be prompted to register in order to redeem the voucher. Registration is free.



Do gift vouchers expire?

Yes, an online gift voucher must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase otherwise it will expire. Once redeemed, the credits from a voucher expire 1 year from when you start using them.



Can gift vouchers be exchanged for cash?

No, gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Terms and Conditions

1. Gift vouchers can only be used online at www.skinfood.co.nz

2. Vouchers are not redeemable in any retail stores or outlets.

3. Authorisation of vouchers can take up to 24 hours.

4. Online gift certificates must be redeemed on the Skinfood web site (skinfood.co.nz), towards the purchase of eligible products listed in our online catalogue and sold by Skinfood New Zealand Ltd.

5. Online Gift Vouchers cannot be used to pay for online Gift Vouchers.

6. Gift Vouchers have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.

7. Any unused balance will be recorded in the recipient's “Your Account” on Skinfood.co.nz.

8. If the order exceeds the amount of the online Gift Vouchers , the balance must be paid by credit card or PayPal.

9. Online Gift Vouchers and unused portions of Gift Vouchers expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law.
